Common questions
Who can see my notes? Everyone on your team, on that lead, signed with the name of whoever wrote them. Customers and visitors never see them.
Can I edit or delete a note? Only the person who wrote it. The old text is not kept once edited.
Do notes go to my CRM?
No. Notes stay in Happierleads. From your own code you can read them with GET /v3/leads/{leadId}/comments and write them wherever you like (API).
Can my AI assistant or my phone system add notes? Yes: a note can be added from your AI assistant or from code, for example "Called, follow up Friday" after a call.
