Tag leads
Group leads with your own tags, then filter by them or use them in automations.
Tags are your own labels on leads: “Hot”, “Partner”, “Follow up”… Filter the table by them, or let automations act on them.
- + Add tag on a lead.
- Pick a tag, or type a new name to create it.
- Manage tags to rename, recolour or delete them.
Common questions
Can automations use tags? Yes. An automation can start when a tag is added to a lead, so tagging someone "Hot" can push them to your CRM, Slack, a webhook or an email campaign. A tag added from the API or your AI assistant starts those automations too.
Why is my tag in capital letters? Tag names are stored in capitals ("Hot account" becomes "HOT ACCOUNT") and must be unique on the website.
How do I filter leads by tag? + Filter → CRM, lists & tags, or pick the tag in a saved view.
How do I remove a tag from one lead? Click the tag in the row, or the × next to it in the lead's details. The tag stays available for other leads.
Does deleting a tag delete the leads? No. Deleting a tag removes it from every lead that had it; the leads stay. Renaming or recolouring a tag changes it everywhere.
Are there built-in tags? Yes, a few default tags come with every website, next to the ones you create.
