Filter your leads

Narrow the leads table by period, search, ICP score, traffic source and any field.

Start with the period, search for a name or domain, then add filters: ICP score, the ad that brought them, or any field of the person, the company, their behaviour, campaign or CRM.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. Pick the period and search.
  2. + Filter: ICP score and traffic chips, then a category, a field and its value.
  3. Close the panel — filters stay as chips. Keep a set with Save as view.

Common questions

How do I find my best leads? Click an ICP score chip: 70%+, 80%+, 90%+ or a custom range. The score is how well the lead fits your scoring models; you can also filter on one model's score under Scoring & qualification.

How do I see only leads from my ads? Click a Traffic chip: Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads. For a specific campaign, source or medium, use the Campaign attribution filters.

Can I filter by state or city? Yes. Under Location, filter the visitor's country, state or city, or the company's headquarters (a different thing: a visitor in Texas can work for a company based in London).

How do I see only leads with a phone number, or only exact people? Under People & contacts: filter on how the visitor was identified (exact visitor or suggested contact) and on having a phone number.

Why did my filters disappear? Filters are chips on the table you are looking at, not a setting. To come back to the same set in one click, save it as a view and make it your default.

Where are the leads from before this month? The period filters on each lead's last visit. Widen the date range (up to All the Time) to see older leads.
