Remove or block leads

Remove leads you do not want, or keep a company or person out of your automations.

Clean up your leads: remove one, delete several at once, or block a company or person from every automation.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. ⋮ on a lead → Remove Lead (you confirm).
  2. Block company / person keeps them out of automations.
  3. Tick several → trash deletes them together.

Common questions

Does removing a lead give the credit back? No. The credit was used when the lead was identified, whether you hide or delete it. To get this cycle's credits back for leads that don't fit, raise the Lead quality bar on the Leads page and delete the leads under it; that refund can be undone for 5 days. See your leads.

Hide or delete? Hiding takes a lead off the list but keeps its data, and can be undone. Deleting is permanent and, in addition, puts the lead's company on your website's Exclude list in Qualify, so no new leads from that company appear. Delete only companies you never want to see again.

Why does a company never show up any more after I deleted its lead? Because deleting added it to the Exclude list. Remove the company's domain from the Exclude rules in Qualify and its visitors become leads again.

How do I stop automations for one company? ⋮ → Block company from automations (or Block person from automations): your automations (CRM pushes, Slack, webhooks, campaigns) skip them from then on. To stop a company from becoming a lead at all, use an Exclude rule instead.

How do I get a hidden lead back? Hidden leads are not shown in the table or the API. From your AI assistant or the API, unhide it with hide: false.

How do I keep my own team out of my leads? Add your company's domain as an Exclude rule: visitors from it are not identified and use no credits.
