Saved views

Save a set of filters as a view and open it again in one click.

Filter the table the way you like it once, save it as a view, and come back to it any time.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. Filter the table.
  2. Save as view and give it a name.
  3. Set default to open it every time.

Your views are in the Saved views menu at the top of the table (All leads is the view with no filters).

Common questions

Can an automation use a saved view? Yes. When you create an automation, pick a saved view as its segment and it runs only for leads that match, for example "ICP score 80%+ from Google Ads" to Slack.

Does a saved view keep the date range? No. A view saves the filters only, so it applies to whatever period you pick.

What happens to an automation when I delete its view? The automation switches to All leads and runs for every new lead. Check your automations before deleting a view they use.

Can I give a view the same name twice? Yes, and you get two views. Rename or delete the old one first.
