Lists
Keep people and companies in lists for campaigns and exports, or upload your own from a CSV.
Lists hold the people or companies you want to work with together: send them a campaign, export them, or upload your own contacts from a CSV.
- Leads → Lists → + New list, or Upload CSV.
- Add leads from the table: tick them → Add to list.
- Open a list to see who is in it, or download it as a CSV.
Common questions
What does uploading a CSV cost? 1 lead credit per person whose email verifies. The upload dialog shows the cost before you confirm Verify & add N people. Map your columns (name, email, company…) first, then choose a new list or an existing one.
Contact list or company list? A contact list holds people, a company list holds companies. Pick the kind when you create the list; a person cannot go into a company list.
Does deleting a list delete the people in it? No. Deleting a list, or removing someone from it, leaves them in your account.
How do I get a list out? Open it and click Download CSV, or Download CSV on its row. From the API the file is emailed to you.
Where do I rename a list? Rename list on its row; press Enter to save.
