CSV Exports
Download your leads as a CSV: choose the sources and exactly which fields go in the file.
Export any of your leads to a CSV, with the fields you choose. Works for every Leads tab, not only Website Visitors.
- Export to CSV at the top of Leads.
- Which leads: tick the sources — Website Visitors, 3rd-Party Intent, Web Scraping, Prospector, AI Scout.
- Which fields: search, tick a whole group (Contact, Company, Activity…) or single fields. Your choice is remembered for next time.
- Export CSV. The file is built in the background, emailed to you and kept under CSV Exports for 30 days.
Common questions
Where do I find my exports? In the CSV Exports tab of Leads: each file with its size, status, when you asked for it and when it expires (30 days). Download it there, or use the link in the email.
Does exporting cost credits? No lead credits. Each finished export uses one of your plan's CSV downloads; when none are left the export does not start.
How many exports can I do? It depends on your plan's number of CSV downloads. Plan, billing & credits.
Why did my export fail? Click Retry on the row. If it fails again, or your plan has no CSV downloads left, ask us in the chat.
Can I export only some leads? The export is by source (step 2) and, from the API, by date range. For a hand-picked set, put the leads in a list and download the list.
Can I export a list instead? Yes: open the list under Lists and click Download CSV.
