Search companies
Find companies in the Happierleads database by industry, size, location or technology, or look one up by name.
Search database in the dashboard looks up one company or person by name. From the API or your AI assistant you can also search companies by industry, size, revenue, location and technology to build target lists.
- Leads → Prospector → Search database.
- People or Companies, then type a name. Click a company row to see its people.
- Import adds a person to your leads (1 credit when their email verifies).
Common questions
Does searching cost credits? No. Searching is free; each search that returns results counts towards your plan's number of searches. Importing a person costs 1 credit.
How do I find companies using HubSpot?
Ask your AI assistant ("find software companies in the US that use HubSpot") or call the API with "technologies": ["HubSpot"]. The dashboard search is by name only.
Can I import a whole company? You import people, not companies: open the company row and import the people you want. To work with companies as a group, put them in a company list.
How is this different from Manual search? Search database is for a name you already know. Manual search finds people you don't know yet, by job title, seniority, industry, location and company size.
