3rd-Party Intent

See companies researching the topics you sell into, even before they visit your website.

3rd-party intent is research we see companies doing elsewhere on the web, not on your site. Pick topics like “CRM Software” or “Cybersecurity” and get the companies actively researching them, each day, with a daily limit you set. Each one matches your ICP and comes with a contact whose role fits the topic, ready for outreach that opens with what they're researching.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. Leads → 3rd-Party Intent → + Add topic.
  2. Search a topic → + Track, with a daily limit.
  3. Click a topic chip to see only its companies; pause or stop it from its ⋯ menu.

Daily limits and credits

  • Each topic has its own daily limit: 20 by default, up to 5,000. Change it with −5 / +5 in the topics list.
  • Each new company delivered uses 1 credit and runs your CRM pushes and automations. A company that is already a lead is merged into it, free.
  • Deliveries stop when your credits run out. Pause stops a topic without losing it; Stop tracking removes it.
  • Track a few topics that match what you sell rather than every related one: closer topics, better leads.

No intent leads?

  • No 3rd-Party Intent tab: intent is not switched on for every website. Ask us in the chat and we will tell you whether your plan includes it.
  • A topic delivers nothing: check it isn't paused and you have credits left. Your ICP exclusions and blocked countries and domains apply to intent leads too, so a narrow ICP can filter out every company. Very large companies are skipped. A topic also delivers only as many companies as are researching it that day, so a high limit is a cap, not a promise.
  • No page visits on an intent lead: expected. The company was researching the topic elsewhere, not on your site.

Common questions

Do intent leads come with a person to contact? Yes, always: each company comes with a contact whose role fits the topic (for intent, Only leads with contacts is always on in the Lead quality panel).

Does pausing or stopping a topic delete its leads? No. Pause keeps the topic and its counters and stops new deliveries; Stop tracking removes the topic. The leads it already delivered stay in your table either way. Note that Delete topic in the ⋯ menu acts at once, with no confirmation.

Where do I see which topic a lead came from? Click a topic chip above the table to see only its companies. In the lead's details, Signal source says whether the lead came from a website visit, a topic, or both.

Can I export intent leads? Yes: in CSV Exports, tick Export from: 3rd-Party Intent.

Intent or website visitors?

UseWhen
Website visitorsYou want people on your site right now, which pages they read, and who your ads sent.
3rd-party intentYour traffic is small, or you run outbound and need new companies that haven't found you yet.

Use both: a company researching your topic that later visits your site is a much warmer lead, and it stays one lead row.
