Auto Search
Describe your ideal customer once; new matching people are added to your leads every day.
Auto Search keeps prospecting for you. Describe who you sell to, check the profile it builds, pick how many leads you want a day. Each lead delivered costs 1 credit. Pause it any time.
- Leads → Prospector → + New Auto Search.
- Describe your ideal customer in plain words, or start from one of your Qualify ICPs.
- Review the profile: each preference is Must, High, Prefer or Bonus; the pool shows how many people match.
- Pick leads per day, then Start Auto Search.
Already have filters in Manual search? Save as Auto Search turns them into one.
Common questions
What do Must, High, Prefer and Bonus mean? Must is required: a person without it is never delivered. High, Prefer and Bonus are not required; they raise a person's score, from a lot to a little, so the best matches come first. Too many Musts shrink the pool; check the Pool size as you add them.
Can I exclude companies or people I already have? Yes. Under Never include (hard rules) add a company name, a domain or a person's name; they are left out whatever the preferences say. Use it for your customers, your own company and your competitors.
How many leads per day should I pick? 25, 50, 100, 200 or 500; each one costs 1 credit, so pick what you can follow up and what your monthly credits allow. You can also set how many people per company you want. Change it any time under Edit settings in the chip's ⋯ menu.
Why did my Auto Search stop delivering? Look at the chip's status: done today means it reached its daily number, out of credits means your account has none left (Get more credits fixes it), and a paused search shows as paused. A small pool can also run dry: widen the preferences.
Can I run it now instead of waiting? Yes: Run now in the chip's ⋯ menu. Duplicate (as paused) makes a copy to try a different profile without touching the original.
Do the people come with emails? Yes. Each person is verified before being added; you pay only for the ones delivered.
