Introduction
Your clients use the whole Happierleads dashboard on your own domain, with your brand. You sell it and bill it.
Your clients sign in at your address (for example reveal.youragency.example) and use the full dashboard: their leads, pixel install, automations, campaigns. Your logo, your colours, your sender emails. You sell it and bill it; your server tells us what each client paid for.
Is this the right one?
| API only | Embedded screens | Full white label | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where your clients work | Your own screens, fed by our API | Your app, with our screens in an iframe | Our dashboard on your domain (reveal.youragency.example) |
| Who signs them in | You | You (we never see their password) | Our sign-in page, with your brand |
| What you build | The leads list, pixel install, settings | One server endpoint and an iframe | Your marketing site and your billing |
| Who bills your clients | You | You | You: your server calls our API on every payment |
| Time to launch | Weeks | A day | A few days (DNS + branding) |
All three use the same building blocks: one website per client, created with your master key, and leads (credits) that follow what the client pays you.
Want the screens inside your own app instead, with your own sign-in? Use Embedded screens.
What you build, in order
| # | Step | Where | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Your domain, brand and assets | Your Happierleads dashboard | Once |
| 2 | Add a client: website, credits, invite | Your server, sign-up code | Every new client |
| 3 | Start a trial, switch to paid, change plan, cancel | Your server, billing webhook | Every payment change |
Every call page has a playground: run it on sample data or on your own account. In a hurry? Let your AI coding assistant build it.
Your key
Every call uses your master key (master-priv-…, from Account settings → API Keys), sent as ?privateKey=. Keep it on your server only: never in a web page, a mobile app or a public repository. See Authentication.
What your clients get
- One website each, with its own pixel, leads and settings.
- The Client role: their own website only. No buying, no team, no account or billing pages, so everything about money stays with you.
- Emails (invites, password resets, alerts) from your sender address, with your brand.
Common questions
White label or embedded screens? White label gives your clients the whole dashboard, signed in on your domain through our branded sign-in page. Embedded screens put only the Leads and pixel-install screens inside your own app, behind your own sign-in. The table above compares them with API only.
Do my clients see the Happierleads name? No. They sign in at your address, see your logo, colours and company name, and every email comes from your sender address (Your domain, brand and assets). Your server calls the API on rest-dash.youragency.example, so our name is not in your code either.
How do I bill my clients? You do, on your own prices. Your server tells us what each client paid for: start a trial, switch to paid, change plan, cancel. The leads come from your account’s credits.
Is there a minimum? Yes: white label needs at least 10,000 credits a month on your account. There is no other setup requirement.
Can my clients buy credits or see billing? No. The Client role has no buying, team, account or billing pages, so everything about money stays between you and your client (Add a client).
PDF reports or an SLA? Neither: there are no PDF reports (your clients work in the dashboard itself), and partner support has no SLA.
