Use case: Add a follow-up
POST /admin/email-templates with websiteId, emailCampaignId, name, type (initial for the first email, followup for the rest), subjectTemplate, bodyTemplate, fromTemplate and sendingPeriod (0–365 days after the previous step). Give every merge field a fallback, e.g. {{ first_name | there }}, and end the body with {{sender_signature}} and {{unsubscribe_text}}.
