Qualify
Score every lead against your ideal customer profile, so the right people rise to the top and the rest are left out.
Qualify checks each lead against the rules you set (company size, industry, location, job title, pages visited) and gives it a score. Your best-fit leads show up first, your automations can act on the score, and leads that match an Exclude rule are left out.
Set it up, in order
- Describe your ideal customer: industries, company size, revenue, locations. This is the ICP every score is measured against.
- Build a scoring model with rules, or let AI Assist propose the rules from a description of your business.
- Re-qualify the leads you already have so old leads get the new score too.
- Exclude who you never want: competitors, your own company, countries you do not sell to, job titles that never buy.

Common questions
Does a low score delete a lead? No. The score only decides the order and what your automations do. Only an Exclude rule keeps a lead out. Exclude leads.
Do I need a scoring model to get leads? No. Leads arrive without one; a model just tells you which ones to call first and lets automations act on the good ones.
I changed my model. Are my old leads re-scored? Not by themselves. Run Re-qualify once and every existing lead gets the new score.
Does Qualify stop when my trial ends or my credits run out? No. Scoring and exclusions keep running on every plan; only new leads stop when there are no credits.
