Run history & re-run
See what each automation did with each lead, and run it again once a failure is fixed.
Connect the MCP server, then just ask.
| get_lead_automation_history | List every automation run recorded for one lead, newest first, as automationLogs[] with status (success, failed, skipped = the automation's filters left the lead out, manual / rerun-automation-manually / Retriggered automation-manually = a run you started), message (the result or error text), automation ({ _id, name, then }: which automation ran and its action, see list_automations) and executedAt. | Read-only |
| retrigger_automations | Runs a website's automations again for a list of leads, for example after a CRM or Slack connection was fixed. | Changes data |
| rerun_automation_for_lead | Runs one type of automation again for a single lead right now and reports the outcome. | Changes data |
| get_automation_runs | The runs of one automation over the last 7 days, newest first (one row per lead, its latest attempt): lead, company, domain, result (delivered, filtered = skipped by the automation's filters, failed), detail (the outcome or error text), durationMs and executedAt, plus counts {all, delivered, filtered, failed} and avgDurationMs for the same 7 days. | Read-only |
Use case
Why wasn’t this lead sent to HubSpot?
Called get_lead_automation_historyShow input
{
"leadId": "6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f2"
}Every run for that lead comes back, newest first, with the automation's name and action, its status (success, failed, or skipped when the automation's filters left the lead out) and the result or error text, so your assistant can tell a filtered lead from a failed push.
Use case
Show me the failed runs of my Slack automation.
Called get_automation_runsShow input
{
"websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
"automationId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8e2",
"result": "failed",
"limit": 50,
"skip": 0
}Each run of the last 7 days shows the lead, its company, result (delivered, filtered when the automation's filters skipped it, or failed) and detail, the error text. counts totals each result for the week.
Use case
Retry every lead my HubSpot automation failed on this week.
Called get_automation_runsShow input
{
"websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
"automationId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8e1",
"result": "failed",
"idsOnly": true
}With idsOnly only the leadIds come back (leads whose latest attempt failed). Your assistant confirms, then sends them to retrigger_automations with that automation's id.
Use case
I reconnected HubSpot. Send this lead again.
Called rerun_automation_for_leadShow input
{
"websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
"leadId": "6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f2",
"automationType": "hubspot"
}automationType is one of webhook, slack, hubspot, pipedrive, zoho, salesforce, gohighlevel, zapier, mailchimp or email-campaign. Your assistant confirms first, since it is a real push, and reports the outcome.
Use case
The welcome email to this lead failed. Try again.
Called rerun_automation_for_leadShow input
{
"websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
"leadId": "6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f2",
"automationType": "email-campaign"
}If the lead's send failed, the contact goes back on the campaign's schedule with one of its active mailboxes (newStatus: "scheduled"); otherwise the lead is added to the campaign again. With no active mailbox left on the campaign it fails and says so: connect or unpause a mailbox first.
Use case
Re-run the Slack and HubSpot automations for these three leads.
Called retrigger_automationsShow input
{
"websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
"leadIds": ["6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f2", "6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f3", "6530c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e9f4"],
"automationIds": ["64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8e1", "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8e2"],
"retriggerSuccessful": false
}Your assistant gets the lead ids from get_leads and the automation ids from list_automations, then asks you to confirm: this sends real messages and CRM records. Each lead only runs automations of its own website. A lead an automation already delivered is skipped, so nobody gets a duplicate; to send it again anyway (say the Slack message was deleted), ask for it and retriggerSuccessful is true. The answer counts the leads processed, failed and skipped, and the automations run, skipped and failed, with the errors.
