Use case

Never show visitors from our customers acme.example and northwind.example as leads.

Called add_to_domain_blacklistShow input
{
  "websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
  "csv": "customers",
  "domains": [
    "acme.example",
    "northwind.example"
  ]
}

Blocked domains never become leads and never use a credit. csv names the group they are saved under, so you can remove them together later; a group name that already exists on the website is refused, so your assistant picks a new one (or removes the group and adds it again with the full list).

Stop identifying visitors from Germany and France on this website.

Called set_country_blacklistShow input
{
  "websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
  "countryCodes": ["DE", "FR"]
}

The list replaces the saved one, so your assistant reads get_country_blacklist first and sends the full list.

Don't count anyone who only visits our careers or login pages.

Called set_page_tracking_rulesShow input
{
  "websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
  "mode": "exclude",
  "rules": [
    { "type": "starts-with", "url": "/careers" },
    { "type": "contains", "url": "/login" }
  ]
}

mode: "include" does the opposite: only visitors of the listed pages become leads.

Never email our existing customers from any campaign.

Called add_to_email_blacklistShow input
{
  "websiteId": "64b7f0a1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9",
  "group": "customers",
  "emails": ["jo@acme.example", "sam@northwind.example"]
}

This list is for campaigns only: the addresses can still appear as leads, but no campaign on this website writes to them.
