Account settings & sign-in
Your profile, password, notifications, compliance (GDPR & DPA), and signing in.
Account Settings holds your notification emails, agency and white-label options and account-wide preferences. Edit profile changes your name, email and password. Compliance shows the GDPR information and lets you download the DPA.
Edit your profile
Edit profile (account menu) changes your name and the email you sign in with; click Save. The new email works straight away and must not belong to another user. To change your password, enter your Current Password, then the new one twice (at least 6 characters) and click Change Password. Signed up with Google and never set a password? You can set one here without a current password, then sign in either way.
Sign in
Sign in with your email and password and click Login, or click Continue with Google. New here? Create Account. If you signed up with Google, there is no password yet: use Continue with Google, or Forgot password? to create one. After 10 failed attempts for the same email from the same network within 15 minutes, sign-in pauses and the page says how many minutes to wait (15 at most); a successful sign-in resets the count.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password, type your email and click Email me a recovery link. Open the link in the email, type a new password (at least 6 characters) and save it. The link works once and for 24 hours; after that, ask for a new one. No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder. If your account has recovery emails switched off, the page says so: ask your account administrator to reset it.
Settings for all your websites
Account Settings → Global settings switches how visitors are identified on every website at once: exact visitors (the person), companies with suggested contacts, people with personal emails, and session recordings. To change one website only, use its own Website Settings.
Delete your account
Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account removes your team, mailboxes, automations, campaigns, templates and lists. Type confirm to go ahead; it cannot be undone. Only the account owner can do this, and only on an account without a paid plan: cancel your subscription on the Billing page first. No Danger Zone in your settings? Contact support to delete your account.
Compliance (GDPR & DPA)
Who we are, how data is handled, the services that process it (sub-processors), and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) you can sign and download. Open it at /compliance in your dashboard; if your dashboard has no Compliance page, ask support for the DPA.
To sign the DPA:
- Fill in Your full name, Your role and Company (legal name); the company address is optional.
- Draw your signature in the box (Clear signature starts again).
- Tick I have read the DPA and am authorised to sign and click Sign the DPA.
- The signed PDF is emailed to you straight away; Download PDF gets it again from the page any time.
