Team members

Invite people and choose what they can do and which websites they see.

Owners can do everything, billing included. Members get the permissions you tick (or a preset) on the websites you choose.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. Team → Invite people, and paste one or many email addresses (one per line, or separated by commas).
  2. Pick the role. Owner gives everything on every website (only an Owner can make another Owner). For a Member, start from a preset, then tick or untick single permissions.
  3. Pick the websites: tick All current and future websites, or search and tick the ones they may open (Select all / Clear help with long lists). A Member needs at least one.
  4. Send invite — they get an email to join. No email? Click their row and Copy invite link to send it yourself.

Each person uses one of your plan's invitations (unlimited on paid plans, 100 on a trial); removing someone gives it back.

Team opens for Owners and for teammates with the Invite & manage team permission; anyone else is sent back to the dashboard.

Read the team list

Search by name or email, or show only Owners or Pending people.

  • Access: Everything for an Owner, the preset's name, Edited · 5 of 21 when single permissions were ticked or unticked, or No access yet.
  • Websites: All websites, the websites they can open, or No websites yet.
  • Status: Pending until they accept the invite and set a password, then Active.

Change someone's access

Click their row, change the preset, the permissions or the websites, then Save changes. Only what you change is saved, and it applies the next time they load a page. You can't give more than you have yourself.

Remove someone

Click their row, then Remove from account. They lose access straight away and their invitation goes back to you for someone else. Only an Owner can remove another Owner, and the last Owner can't be removed.

What members can do

Start from a preset, then tick or untick single permissions.

The permissions, by area:

  • Setup: install and verify the tracking pixel; add websites (each uses one of the plan's website slots); website settings; delete websites (removes all their leads); integrations and automations.
  • Leads and Qualify: view leads; export and reveal contacts (CSV, CRM push); edit the Qualify model, which decides how credits are spent.
  • Engage: create and edit campaigns; buy domains and mailboxes (charged to the account); connect and manage mailboxes; email warm-up; master inbox and replies.
  • Account: invite and manage the team; the master API key; billing and plan; white-label settings.

Only Owners can add or remove Owners, delete the account, and sign in as a teammate. Permissions apply on the websites you choose for that person, or on all websites.
