A free account can sign in, see the dashboard and use the free MCP tools. Engage, Automations, Integrations and CSV export need a paid plan: opening them, or clicking Export CSV, shows Upgrade to Starter, and Upgrade now takes you to the plans.

Your trialCopy Anchor Link

A trial lasts 7 days and starts with 500 credits, or 1,000 credits when you sign up with a business email address (not Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and the like). One credit is one identified lead. Everything except sending campaigns from Engage is open during the trial: install the pixel, see your leads, set up Qualify, automations and your CRM.

When your trial endsCopy Anchor Link

Your account and everything you set up stay. What stops is new leads: website visitors are no longer identified, and 3rd-party intent and Web Scraping stop adding people. Everything else keeps working on the leads you already have, including Qualify, automations, Slack, your CRM, webhooks and alerts. During the trial itself, only sending email and LinkedIn campaigns from Engage is locked.

If your trial ended before you saw at least 10 leads (often because the tracking script was not installed yet), you are offered another week on us instead: click Yes, extend my trial for 7 more days with your trial credits topped back up. The extension is offered once per account. Use the week to install the tracking script and check it is verified.

Otherwise, when the trial has ended, the dashboard shows an upgrade screen:

• Upgrade now opens the plans, with the current first-month offer applied.
• Unlock for 30 minutes lets you look around and export what you need first.
• Agencies can earn free access (agency accounts) explains the Agency Creator Program, which keeps your own website active.

Trial bonus: 2X leadsCopy Anchor Link

During your trial you can double the leads you get by verifying a phone number. It is offered as the last sign-up step, and later under Get 2X leads on the Leads page.

1. Pick your country code and type your number.
2. Tick Yes, text me about my account (needed to claim), then click Text me a code to claim 2X leads.
3. Type the code from the text and click Verify & claim 2X leads.

The extra leads apply straight away, and a free outreach domain comes with the bonus. Each phone number can claim it once: a number already used on another account verifies, but the trial carries on without the bonus.

Offer links and codesCopy Anchor Link

Seasonal offers (Black Friday and similar) come as a link with a code. The page shows what the offer includes and its terms under The small print. Click Grab the deal: without an account you go to sign-up, signed in you go to the upgrade page, and either way the code is already filled in. Offer codes apply to your plan only, not to mailboxes or domains.

Lifetime deal codesCopy Anchor Link

Bought a lifetime deal? Each code adds 1,000 credits, 5 email accounts and 1 website to your account, and every 10 codes add one more set for free.

• New account: open the lifetime deal sign-up page, fill in your name, email and a password, add your codes (press Enter or type a comma after each one) and click Register.
• Existing account: go to Account settings → Redeem Code (on a lifetime deal account also in the account menu, your name in the sidebar: Redeem Existing LTD codes), paste one code and click Redeem Code. Repeat for each code. It is there for the owner and teammates with the Billing & plan permission, on any account without a paid monthly or yearly plan; on a paid plan, contact support.

A code works once. If it says it is already used, contact support with the code and the email you bought it with.

Buying codes through our checkout: after paying you land on Payment Successful, and your account updates within about a minute; Go to Dashboard takes you back. If the new credits still don't show after a few minutes, refresh the page, then contact support with the email you paid with. If you leave the checkout, Payment Canceled confirms nothing was charged; Try again takes you back to the checkout.
