PlatformDocs

Introduction

What Platform does, the five steps to your first leads, and where every feature is explained.

View as Markdown

Platform tells you who is visiting your website: the person (name, email, phone, LinkedIn) and their company, even when they never fill in a form. It then scores each visitor against your ideal customer, sends the good ones to your team, your CRM or Slack, and lets you email or message them, all from one dashboard.

Start here: your first leads in five steps

  1. Add your website in the dashboard. You get one tracking snippet per website.
  2. Install the tracking pixel with Google Tag Manager, the WordPress plugin or a line of HTML. Takes a few minutes; the dashboard confirms when it sees your site.
  3. See your leads. Identified visitors appear under Leads → Website Visitors, newest first.
  4. Tell us who your ideal customer is so the best-fit leads rise to the top and the rest stay out of your way.
  5. Act on them: post new leads to Slack, push them to your CRM, or email them from your own mailboxes.

No visitors yet? You can still find new people to reach in the Platform contact database.

How these docs are organised

Every feature has one page with three tabs, so you pick the way you work:

TabUse it when you…
Guidework in the dashboard. Most pages include a live demo you can click through.
APIbuild something with the REST API. Every endpoint has a playground you can run on sample data or your own account.
MCPask an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to do it for you.

Built to be read by AI

Every page is also available as plain Markdown, and the whole site is indexed in /llms.txt. Point your AI assistant at these docs and it can answer “how do I…?” questions with the exact steps. See Use these docs with AI.

Still stuck?

Use Ask about this page at the top of any page, or the chat bubble in the corner: it answers from these docs and from your own account.
