Overview
Send the right leads to Slack, your CRM, a webhook or your inbox the moment they arrive.
An automation watches your new leads and acts when one matches its rules: post it to Slack, push it to your CRM, call a webhook, send it to Clay, add it to an email campaign or email you an alert. Automations keep running on every plan, trial included.
Build one in four steps
Every automation is built the same way in Automations → Add:
- Source: which leads to watch (for example, a new website visitor is identified).
- Filter: which of them count (ICP score, country, company size, pages visited, tags…). You can preview how many recent leads would have matched.
- Frequency: only the first time a lead matches, or every visit (with a cap on repeats).
- Action: where the lead goes.
Build an automation walks through it with a live demo.
Where you can send leads
Slack
Post every new lead to a channel, with the message you choose.
Your CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce or GoHighLevel, with the fields you map.
Webhooks
Every new lead as JSON to your own URL: your app, Make, n8n or any tool with a webhook.
Clay
Send new leads to a Clay table to enrich and route them.
Email campaigns
Add every matching lead to an email campaign automatically.
Run history & re-run
See what each automation did with each lead, and run it again once a failure is fixed.
Common questions
Do automations run on old leads or only new ones? New ones, from the moment you save the automation. Existing leads are not sent again.
Why did my automation not run for a lead? Open Run history: it shows every run, which lead it handled, when, and whether it succeeded (and why not). A lead that is not there at all did not pass the filter; the preview in the builder shows how many recent leads would.
Something failed on the CRM side. Do I lose the lead? No. Fix the connection or the field mapping, then re-run it from Run history.
Do automations stop when my trial ends or credits run out? No. They run on every plan. Only new leads stop when there are no credits.
