Engage
Reach your leads with email and LinkedIn campaigns, and answer every reply in one inbox.
Engage turns leads into conversations: email sequences sent from your own mailboxes, LinkedIn connection requests from your own LinkedIn account, and one Master Inbox for every reply. Campaigns send on paid plans; on a trial you can build them and see how they would work.
Set it up, in order
- Connect a mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox). For cold outreach, send from a separate outreach domain so your main domain is never at risk.
- Warm it up and check deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so your emails land in the inbox, not in spam.
- Create a campaign and write its sequence: which emails, in what order, with what wait in between.
- Add contacts by hand, from a list, or automatically from new leads.
- Answer replies in the Master Inbox and watch campaign health to see what limits your sending.

Common questions
Can I send on a trial? You can build campaigns, sequences and contact lists on a trial and see exactly how they would run. Sending starts on a paid plan.
Do emails go from Happierleads or from me? From you: your own mailbox, your own domain. Replies come back to that mailbox and show up in the Master Inbox.
Why should I use a separate domain? Cold outreach can hurt a domain's reputation. An outreach domain keeps that risk away from the domain your company email runs on.
Someone replied. What now? Replies land in the Master Inbox and count in the campaign overview. If someone answered you somewhere else (a call, LinkedIn), stop their sequence from Campaign contacts so they get no more emails.
