Re-qualify existing leads
Score the leads you already have again after changing a model.
New rules score new leads straight away. The leads you already have keep their old score until you re-qualify them.
- Right after you save or publish a model, the dashboard asks Re-qualify existing leads? Choose Yes, re-qualify, pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 3 months, and click Re-qualify leads. No, new leads only keeps the old scores.
- Any time later: Qualify → ⋯ on the model → Rescore recent leads (the last 90 days).
- Make this the default to choose which model's score the Leads table shows.
Common questions
Do changes apply to old leads? Not by themselves. Rescore them with the steps above, and their ICP score, warm/hot band and sorting follow the new rules.
How far back can I rescore? Up to the last 90 days (3 months) from the dashboard. Older leads keep their score. From the API or your AI assistant you can rescore any specific leads by id.
Does rescoring cost credits? No lead credits. If your model has AI prompts, a lead that is missing an answer uses your plan's monthly AI qualification allowance; leads that already have every answer are rescored without AI.
Why did my leads' scores change? Someone saved rule changes on a live model and re-qualified, or changed the default model (the Leads table shows the default model's score). Every rule change is recorded in the model's history.
