AI Assist
Describe your business and who you sell to; AI proposes the scoring rules.
No time to write rules? AI Assist reads your website (or a description you type), asks who you sell to, and proposes scoring rules. You accept or skip them one by one, so nothing is added without you.
- Qualify → open a model → ✦ AI Assist.
- Let it read your website, or skip that and describe your business yourself.
- Tell it who you sell to, click Generate rules, then accept or skip each proposed rule and Save and Close.
AI prompts: questions the AI answers about each lead
Besides rules, a model can hold AI prompts: plain-English questions such as "Is this company a software vendor selling to finance teams?". The AI answers them for each lead and the answer feeds the score. Add one under ✦ AI Prompts → + Add AI prompt, or click ✦ Suggest prompts, describe your ideal customer and your domain, and add the suggestions you like. Business context (what you sell and who buys it) helps the AI answer well.
Common questions
Can AI build my scoring model? Yes. AI Assist proposes the rules from your website and your answers; you keep the ones that fit. From your AI assistant or the API, ai_generate_scoring_model builds a whole model named "ICP Score - AI Generated" in one go, once per website.
Can I edit what AI proposes? Yes. Every proposed rule is a normal rule: skip it, change its values or its weight, delete it later. The model is yours (Scoring models).
AI Assist got my business wrong. Skip the rules that do not fit and run it again with your own description instead of your website; what you write takes priority over what the site suggests. You can also set Business context in the editor.
Does AI Assist cost credits? Lead credits are only ever used for new leads (How credits are used). AI prompts are answered per lead from your plan's monthly AI qualification allowance, not from your lead credits.
Do I still need my own rules? Not necessarily, but check the result with Test a website on a few real customers: they should come out warm or hot. Add or tighten rules until they do.
