LinkedIn campaigns

A LinkedIn campaign sends connection requests to your leads from your own LinkedIn account, through the Platform Chrome extension in your own browser. Each request can carry a personalised note (up to 300 characters), written by you or adapted by AI for each person. The note takes the same spintax and merge fields as emails ([[Hi | Hey]] {{ first_name | there }}); it must fit 300 characters even with the longest option of each spin and a long name, or the campaign is refused.

1. Pair your account: install the LinkedIn Chrome extension and click Connect this Chrome; the account appears under Integrations → LinkedIn Accounts.
2. Engage → LinkedIn → + New Campaign → LinkedIn Campaign. Name it, write the note (optional), then Activate now or Save as draft. Days, hours and holidays are under the campaign's Settings tab.
3. Add people: an automation with the Send to LinkedIn Campaign action adds every new lead that matches your filter.
4. Watch Total, Sent, Accepted and Failed on the LinkedIn tab, and each person's status under the campaign's Contacts tab.

Does Platform send LinkedIn messages too? No. Today a LinkedIn campaign sends connection requests only, each with an optional note. It never scrapes profiles, reads your messages or posts for you. (Watching LinkedIn posts and keywords to find new leads is a separate feature, LinkedIn Fans.)

How many requests a day can I send? A few per account, spread hours apart, rising slowly during the first weeks. The Ramp-up schedule on the account row (Integrations → LinkedIn Accounts) sets the start, the maximum and over how many days. Today's requests and the cap show on the same row. Why the limits.

What do the contact statuses mean? Scheduled: waiting for a free slot. Sending: in flight now. Request Sent: delivered, not yet answered. Connected: they accepted. Declined: they did not accept. Error: LinkedIn did not accept it (tried at most twice). Deleted: you removed them.

Nothing is being sent. Why? Chrome must be open and signed in to LinkedIn on the computer that paired the account, the time must be inside the campaign's schedule, today's cap must not be used up, and the account must not be paused or cooling down after a LinkedIn warning. Can I pause a campaign or one account? Yes. The on/off switch on the campaign row pauses the campaign; people keep their place. Pausing the account (Integrations → LinkedIn Accounts) stops every campaign on it.

Can I rename a campaign later? Only while it is a draft. Once activated the name is fixed; the note, days and hours stay editable.
