Campaign health
See how many emails a campaign can send a day and what holds it back.
Every campaign has a health check. It looks at the campaign's mailboxes, their daily limits and warmup, and how many contacts are waiting, then tells you what limits the sending and what to do about it. You see it on the campaign row (hover for details) and as a banner inside the campaign.
- Open a campaign: the banner shows its health and the recommended actions.
- Follow the recommended action, e.g. reconnect a mailbox, add a mailbox or raise a daily limit.
- Dismiss a recommendation you have handled; it stays hidden for a week by default.
Common questions
Why is my campaign sending so few emails? A campaign can only send what its mailboxes allow: each mailbox has a daily limit, and a new one starts low and ramps up over a few weeks. If the campaign has more contacts waiting than its mailboxes can reach in time, the banner says so. Sorting the campaign list by Health shows which campaigns need attention first.
How do I send more emails a day? Add another mailbox (Email accounts) or raise a mailbox's limit (Email Accounts → ⋮ → Daily Sending Limit). Raise limits slowly: a sudden jump on a new mailbox is what gets emails sent to spam. Mailboxes bought from us are capped at 40 a day; others go up to 500.
What does Rebalance Mailboxes do? On Integrations → Email Accounts, it moves emails that are already scheduled from overloaded mailboxes to connected mailboxes with free capacity. The dashboard suggests it when the load is uneven.
What does "healthy" mean? No mailbox problem, enough daily capacity for the contacts waiting, and no sending errors. Nothing to do.
