Deletes a website: tracking stops, it disappears from list_websites and its leads are no longer shown, and its website slot is freed.

Deletes a website: tracking stops, it disappears from list_websites and its leads are no longer shown, and its website slot is freed. It cannot be restored with these tools. websiteId comes from list_websites. Confirm with the user before calling, naming the website. Needs an account-level key.
