Undoes a cancellation that has not taken effect yet, or ends a pause early. Ending a pause restarts billing, so only the account owner or a teammate with billing permission can do it; undoing a scheduled cancellation is open to the team. Some custom plans cannot be unpaused here (409 needs_support) and need the support team. Confirm with the user before ending a pause. Returns ok and the plan; when nothing was paused or set to cancel it changes nothing and returns changed: false with a message.
