The account's sending domains with their billing: price and renewalPrice (USD a year), expiresAt (renewal date), autoRenew and cancelAtPeriodEnd, setupCompleted and activeDate. source says how the domain came in: bundle (the outreach bundle), premium (bought on its own through the extras checkout) or imported (the customer's own domain: it renews at their registrar and is never billed here). isPremium is separate: true when the registration price is above $14. Free.
