Changes a website's ideal customer profile: target industries, sectors, HQ locations, headcount and revenue ranges. Only the fields you pass change; the rest keep their saved values. A list you pass replaces the saved list, so read get_icp first and send the full list you want. Costs nothing and only changes settings inside the account. Returns the saved ICP.
