List the LinkedIn connection-request campaigns of a website, newest first, with each campaign's status (draft, active, paused, completed), stats and progress ({ pct, terminalCount, total }). The prospect list itself is not included. Use list_linkedin_accounts for the LinkedIn accounts that send them and list_campaigns for email campaigns. websiteId comes from list_websites and is required even though the schema marks it optional. Returns campaigns[].
