HubSpot
Push leads to HubSpot as contacts linked to their company, owned by the person you pick, and optionally a deal for each.
Each lead becomes a HubSpot contact, linked to its company: the company is found by its domain, or created if HubSpot doesn't have it yet, and a contact whose email is already in HubSpot isn't created twice. The contact gets the owner you pick. Fields are filled from your field mapping; an automation decides which leads go. To also get a deal, choose Contact + Deal in the automation and pick a deal pipeline and stage (and an amount if you like): each lead then gets one deal, named after its company, linked to the contact and company and owned by the same owner. A lead that already has an open deal in that pipeline isn't given a second one.
- Integrations → CRMs → HubSpot → Connect and sign in to HubSpot.
- Map the fields you want filled.
- Automations → New automation, then Send to HubSpot, pick the owner, optionally Contact + Deal with a pipeline and stage, Save.
HubSpot connected before 31 October 2026 without deal access? Creating deals asks you to reconnect HubSpot once (Integrations → CRMs → HubSpot), so it can grant access to deals.
