Salesforce

Push leads to Salesforce: create a lead in Salesforce for each matching visitor, assigned to an owner you pick.

Create a lead in Salesforce for each matching visitor, assigned to an owner you pick. Fields are filled from your field mapping; an automation decides which leads go.

Try it on the real dashboard
  1. Integrations → CRMs → Salesforce → Connect and sign in to Salesforce. Once.
  2. Configure and map the fields you want filled, Test integration, Save mapping.
  3. Automations → New automation. Pick the source, the filter and the frequency, then the action Send to Salesforce, pick the owner under Assign new records to, Save & activate.

Common questions

Does connecting Salesforce send leads by itself? No. Connecting gives us access; an automation decides which leads are pushed, or you push one by hand from the lead's panel. Connect & map fields.

Will it create duplicate contacts? No. Before creating a contact we search Salesforce for the lead's email; if they are already there, that contact is used instead of a second one being created.

Which fields go to Salesforce? Each matching visitor becomes a Lead in Salesforce, filled with the fields in your field mapping: the person's name, email, job title, phone and LinkedIn, the company's name, domain, industry, size and location, and whatever else you map. Set it once under Integrations → CRMs → Configure; the same mapping is used by every Salesforce automation of the website.

Who owns the leads in Salesforce? The Salesforce user you pick in the automation (Assign new records to). Every lead the automation creates is owned by that user.

Why did a lead not reach Salesforce? Open the automation's run history: a Filtered run names the rule that stopped it; a Failed run shows what Salesforce answered. If the connection expired, the card offers Reconnect; then Retry this lead.

Does it run on old leads? Only on leads that arrive after you save it, unless you choose Retrigger for existing leads right after saving, or tick leads on the Leads page and Retrigger. Build an automation.

Does the Salesforce push run on a trial? Yes, on every plan. When the trial or credits run out, new leads stop; the automation keeps pushing the leads you have.
