Email accounts

Campaigns send from your own mailboxes, never from a Platform address. Connect Gmail, Outlook / Office 365, or any mailbox with SMTP (sending) and IMAP (reading replies). Each mailbox shows its connection status, how many emails it sent today, its DNS checks and its warmup.

1. Integrations → Email Accounts → Add Mailbox.
2. Pick the provider. Gmail: turn on 2-step verification in your Google account, create an App Password (16 characters) and paste it; the wizard links to the right Google page at each step. Outlook / Office 365: click Continue with Outlook and sign in with Microsoft. Other: enter the SMTP and IMAP host, port and password from your provider, then Test and Save.

How many emails can a mailbox send a day? You set it: ⋮ → Daily Sending Limit. Mailboxes bought from us are capped at 40 a day; others go up to 500. Keep Auto-Ramping on for a new mailbox: it starts at a low number (2 a day) and rises to the limit over a few weeks (20 a day over 4 weeks by default), which is what keeps new mailboxes out of spam. Changing the limit reschedules the emails already queued.

How many mailboxes can I connect? Your account has a number of mailbox slots; when they are used up, Add Mailbox says you cannot create more. Deleting a mailbox frees its slot.

Why is my mailbox Disconnected? The saved password or server settings stopped working, most often because the password or app password was changed, or the provider turned off access. Hover the status for the reason, fix it at the provider, then ⋮ → Reconnect. While a mailbox is disconnected its contacts wait; they continue as soon as it reconnects.

My work mailbox won't connect. Your IT admin may block it. On Google Workspace the admin must allow 2-step verification and App Passwords; on Microsoft 365 the admin may need to approve the app before you can sign in. Yahoo, Zoho and other providers connect under Other with SMTP and IMAP.

What does "Marked as Spam" mean? Platform paused the mailbox because its emails were starting to land in spam. Fix the cause first (turn on warmup, run the deliverability check, tone down the wording), then click ⋮ → I Fixed It to resume sending.

How do I set my signature? ⋮ → Edit Signature: name, company, position, phone and the signature itself. Every campaign email from that mailbox ends with it.

What happens when I delete a mailbox? It is removed from Platform only; the mailbox itself keeps working at your provider. People who were scheduled on it are paused with an Error sending status until you give them another mailbox.
