Outreach domains
Separate domains for your sending mailboxes, so outreach never risks your main domain.
Cold email to people who do not know you can hurt a domain's reputation. Send it from domains that look like yours but are not the one your company email runs on. Buy ready-to-send domains with mailboxes here, or bring a spare domain you already own.

- Buy a new domain: search a name (we suggest look-alikes of your domain, e.g. get-, try- or -hq), check availability, enter the sender name and job title for each mailbox (up to 4 per domain), then Pay & Set Up. Or Bring your own domain: enter it and point its nameservers to the ones shown.
- Keep auto-renew on so the domain, and the mailboxes on it, never stop.
Common questions
What do I get when I buy a domain? Everything set up for you: the registration, DNS, the SPF / DKIM / DMARC records, the mailboxes you asked for (one per domain by default, named first.last) and warmup switched on. Mailboxes bought this way send up to 40 emails a day each.
How long does setup take? Setup runs in the background in five steps (purchased, DNS configured, mail setup, mailboxes created, ready) and you get an email when it is done. Watch progress on the Domains tab; a failed step is retried automatically.
How much does it cost? The checkout shows the exact total before you pay: the domain's first year is charged at once, and each mailbox is a monthly subscription. Renewal prices show in the Next renewal cost column. Your AI assistant can quote your mailbox price (MCP tab).
Can I use my own domain? Yes, with Bring your own domain. We then manage its DNS completely: you point the domain's nameservers at ours and its existing DNS records are deleted. Only do this with a spare domain; the wizard warns you when the name looks like your main domain, because your website and company email would stop working. The row shows Recheck until the nameserver change is seen.
What happens if I turn auto-renew off? The domain expires at the end of its term and every mailbox on it stops sending; campaigns using those mailboxes stall. The switch asks you to confirm.
Can I add mailboxes to a domain later? Yes: ⋮ on the domain → Add mailboxes…. Each new mailbox uses one of your account's mailbox slots (Email accounts).
